The problem with this is that every time I've reported this error to the host provider, by the time they responded the problem can't be reproduced anymore.
It could be due to network latency, DNS routing issues, or a myriad of things.

Not so sure about that anymore. They just did an "upgrade" which removed a lot of features. Looks like a cross between RF and DR now, only with far fewer features.
