It is corrugated Dave for the second layer I am trying to source some flat stuff but that is pretty hard to come by here in Australia.

| Just saw the other thread, this is fantastic sunlight readings. I have to wonder if there is any light boost added from reflection of the glass in the BB tanks? If at some point you add sand I wonder if the readings would come down some?

Especially for a reasonable price. I don't have any links anymore to plastic's companies, but I'd try google and see what you can find. I don't know how strong polycarbonate would be without the corrugations though. May have to be alot thicker.
